Dry Ingredients
Oats, Triticale, Rye, Barley – 3 cups (of any combination)
Sesame Seeds – ½ cup
All bran – 1 cup
Brazil nuts – 1 cup (roughly chopped)
Almonds – 1 cup (flaked or roughly chopped)
Flaked coconut – 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds – 1 cup
Sunflower seeds – 1 cup
LSA – ½ cup
Cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
Ground ginger – 2 teaspoons
Mix and Heat
Maple syrup – ¼ cup
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Nut oil – 2 tablespoons
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Pour heated mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Spread out thinly on a baking tray
Bake for 30 mins at 170°
Stir every ten minutes while cooking
Allow to cool in tray
