This plant-based ‘cheese sauce’ is so tasty – everyone will love it!

Simply whisk 2 tablespoons of Whitbread’s into 3/4 milk of your choice (we love using coconut milk!) until thick and creamy. If you like it extra thick, incorporate 2 tablespoons of tapioca or arrowroot flour (or corn starch) – this will make it EXTRA delectable, and perfect for pasta bake, pumpkin mornay, or even as the ‘cheese’ factor in a cob loaf!

Soft Cheese Wheel for Cheese Boards.

Start by soaking cashews overnight blitz in food processor with your vegan cheese mix I like to add our italian herb mix however our ranch or even our french onion mix would also work in this recipe.  Best to wrap the mix in either cheese cloth or tea towel or similar (just need to take the moisture out of the mix and put in the fridge to set.  When ready to use turn out on cheese board and serve.
